These snack pots are the perfect little 11am boost, especially if you are looking to up your protein levels throughout the day.. They are also super easy for when you are on the go!

Green smoothie

Ingredients

Avocado
Protein powder (vanilla)
Strawberries
Spinach
Almond milk

Method

In a high-speed blender, mix up your ingredients to create a lean green smoothie.

Bircher protein muesli

Ingredients

Steel cut organic oats
Almond milk
Protein powder (chocolate)
Cacao nibs
Kefir
Cinnamon
Berries

Method

Overnight soak your oats in almond milk, cinnamon and protein powder. Once soaked, place in a jar with kefir, berries and cacoa nibs on top.

Vanilla protein Chia pot

Ingredients

Chia seed
Protein powder (vanilla)
Almond milk
Cacoa powder
Kefir
Berries

Method

Overnight soak chia seeds in almond milk, protein powder and a sprinkle of cacoa powder. Once soaked scoop into your pot with Kefir and berries.
