Banana and Almond toast


2 pieces of wheat free or Gluten free bread
1 banana
1 tsp. of Maple Syrup
1 tsp. of Cinnamon
1 handful of almonds


Toast your bread lightly in a toaster – In a separate bowl mash up your banana with a pinch of cinnamon, once mashed transfer to your partially toasted bread and glaze with maple syrup (optional) stick under the grill until golden. Finally pull out and sprinkle your almonds on top.
