Quinoa protein bowl

Ingredients based on 2 people

2 spring onions
handful of chopped parsley
half a cup of fresh peas
1 cup of Quinoa
20 cubes of feta
3 eggs
1 tsp of curry powder
lemon and olive oil for the dressing


Boil both your eggs in a pan for 7 minutes until semi – to hard boiled, heat up your quinoa. Throw all ingredients into a bowl and mix, to finish season with curry powder.
