Low- carb cream cheese pancakes

These pancakes are so easy and low in carb! If you are following a high fat low carb diet these are, a perfect breakfast recipe to mix things up! You can make them sweet or savoury and add any toppings you like.

Ingredients (makes 4 pancakes)

2 oz of cream cheese

2 eggs

1 -3 drops of stevia or 1 tsp of honey

Additional ingredients to add into the batter

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of cacoa powder

1 tsp of paprika


Berries, honey and cinnamon

½ mashed banana with cinnamon

1/2 smashed avocado, coriander with spring onion and a squeeze of lime
