Banana protein muffins


1 cup Banana
¾ cup egg whites
½ cup of Kefir or yoghurt
¾ cup gluten free oats
2 scoops of vegan vanilla protein powder
¼ cup of stevia
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of cinnamon


Pre-heat the oven to 180C and grease your muffin tray. In a mixing bowl mix the egg white, kefir, banana and stevia. Nnce mixed add the dry ingredients and mix all together. Place in a baking tin and sprinkle some oats over top, bake for 15 minutes.
