Berry and basil smoothie


2 cups of oat and almond milk

1 tbsp of flax seed

1/3 cup of frozen strawberries and raspberries

7 fresh basil leaves

1 scoop of vanilla sun warrior protein powder

1 tbsp of chia seeds

handful of ice


Whizz all together in a high speed blender until smooth
