1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder I like Warrior blend
1/3 cup of gluten free oats (optional)
1 tsp maca
1 small date
1/2 a cup of homemade almond milk
2 tsp of cacoa powder
handful of nuts, cacao nibs and chia seed
In a high-speed blender blend your banana,Maca,date,oats,protein powder and almond milk together. Once blended, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with nuts, chia seed and cacoa nibs.
