Avocado and crayfish salad

Avocado and Crayfish Salad

Ingredients

Packet of Cray fish tails

½ Avocado

1tsp of Maldon salt

1 tsp of black peppercorns

1 tsp of mustard powder

1 clove of garlic

1 tbsp of organic cider vinegar

5 tbsp of virgin olive oil

1 tsp of capers

½ tsp of honey

Method

Place avocado, and washed crayfish tails on a bed of salad. For the dressing crush salt, pepper and mustard powder in a pestle and mortar with your garlic clove once crushed and formed into a paste. Add 1 tablespoon of organic cider vinegar and five tablespoons of Virgin olive oil blend altogether with capers and honey in a high speed blender of your choice.
